1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing WavesFM, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all incorporated platform policies.
2. Permitted Use
Listeners are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream audio for personal entertainment. Any attempt to scrape, rip, record, or reverse engineer audio streams is strictly prohibited.
3. Integrity of Playback & Anti-Cheating
Listeners agree not to use headless browsers, automated scripts, bots, modified media clients, or simulated completion events. Violations result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending ledger balances, and permanent IP suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All station logos, interfaces, software code, and sound branding are proprietary to WavesFM. Musical compositions and sound recordings remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective artists, composers, and record labels.
