Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When registering, we collect your name, email address, role, and hashed authentication credentials. For listeners requesting withdrawals, we collect your UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA). For advertisers, we collect business name, GSTIN (optional), and telephone contact.
2. Protection of Financial Identifiers
Listener UPI IDs are masked in all standard dashboard views (e.g. ar***ar@okaxis) and encrypted at rest in our database using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We never store bank account passwords, UPI PINs, or card CVVs.
3. Playback Verification & Anti-Fraud Telemetry
To verify authentic audio ad delivery and prevent automated script fraud, we log temporary playback session IDs, progress heartbeats, client IP addresses, and user-agent strings. These logs are stored strictly for audit and fraud prevention and are purged on a rolling 90-day retention schedule.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal listener information to data brokers. Anonymized campaign delivery statistics (aggregate plays, completion rates, delivery hours) are provided to advertisers without identifying individual listener identities.
