1. Creative Guidelines & ASCI Compliance
All advertising creatives uploaded to WavesFM must conform to the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) code of conduct. Advertisements must not be misleading, defamatory, offensive, or promote unlawful products or schemes.
2. Administrative Review & Approval
Every campaign must undergo manual quality and compliance approval by our administrative team before broadcasting can commence. If an ad creative is rejected, the advertiser will be provided with explicit feedback and an opportunity to resubmit a compliant audio file.
3. Billing & Verified Delivery
Campaigns are billed on a fixed-package basis in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery is counted only when an ad completes naturally with server-verified heartbeats. Advertisers can monitor real-time play counts and schedule status directly in their dashboard.
4. Modification & Re-review
Any material modification to an active or approved campaign (including swapping audio files or modifying target parameters) will automatically return the campaign to pending review status to preserve broadcast integrity.
